I purchased this battery-powered crimping tool with the expectation that it would be durable and reliable for professional use. Unfortunately, it completely failed. After making approximately 300 crimps, the tool fell apart. Oil started leaking everywhere, and it became completely unusable.
To make matters worse, getting any customer support for this product is extremely difficult. It’s frustrating to invest in a tool that not only breaks prematurely but also leaves you without proper support when issues arise.
I strongly advise against purchasing this tool. It’s poorly made, unreliable, and backed by terrible customer service. Save your money and look for a better option.

So far, I have no complaints. I needed a propress for a bunch of boiler jobs. I didn’t want to use the hand hydraulic one and I also didn’t want to spend $1500+ on a Milwaukee or Ridgid (I’m a Ridgid guy) I took a chance on this propress and I’m very pleased with it. I’ve had no issues with crimping and no issues with the batteries.
I’d recommend it if you’re budget conscious and a small one man business like myself.
