I originally bought this as a gift until my Alienware laptop decided to take a dump out of nowhere and I was grateful to have this on hand. It was fast and easy to get set up, and this sucker has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s a multi-tasking powerhouse that I use for 12+ hours a day to do everything from work to play and I’ve experienced zero lag. The fans run cool and quiet even under heavy load, they’re never a distraction. And the RGB lights look spectacular when gaming at night. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a top-notch gaming PC. The combination of performance, quietness, and upgradability makes it an excellent value. I’m thrilled with my purchase and expect to get many years of use out of it.

My wife’s computer could run games fine, but it took forever to load anything. So we got this computer as a replacement. It is better than my computer on paper, but in practice, it is not. This computer loads things fast but runs everything terribly.
The computer starts to stutter whenever she runs games with lots of motion. Even games with slight motion will stutter while running a video on her second monitor. I have heard nothing good from her about this computer since she got it.
After running benchmarks, the only thing that came back with a low rating was the SSD. I’m going to install a new SSD and see if that fixes it, but I don’t expect it to.

The PC is solid enough and seemed built well/ran well, but essentially was falsely advertised. Be careful if ordering the 4070 Super model, be sure to check in the system itself. Mine is a standard 4070. I’m returning it due to this.

Works as described could not be more happy with the performance of this gaming pc it blows me away at how good this thing runs. Now I rarely use my gaming console because I cannot beat the performance. Not to mention this is a good starter pre-build kit for someone just getting into gaming or just desktop computers in general. And it makes it super easy to interchange components when wanting to upgrade piece by piece.

PC was well packaged. However, the PC did not come fully powered as only the CPU fan was the only one that lit up and was working. It took a lot of time to google why this might be the case, reading message boards, and finally googling fan hub mechanism after opening the case and finding out that the SATA connector was not connected to the hub. Seems very minor so thats why its getting 4 stars for the inconvenience of having to diagnose the issue – my PC arrived on a saturday evening so it was a hard ask to wait for the weekend to be over to get in contact with coolermaster support as they are only open on weekdays.

This is a powerful gaming pc. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gaming pc. I have played many games like fortnite, overwatch, valorant, league of legends, roblox, whilst having discord open, and having a youtube video running in the background. I experience basically no lag unless I put up the graphics to the max on some more demanding games. The case isn’t too pretty compared to the ones you can see on aesthetic setups but it is definitely sturdy. The inside cable management came perfectly and setting it up took me only 5 minutes. I love the many different places it has open/meshed to help with airflow.

Love the PC, the RBG colors look really nice and the fan is quiet as well. Was a little tricky to get the glass cover off but you just need to pull out the foot and the lid is more of a hinge + lip than sliding out. Performance has been great so far, the specs are great for the price!

I bought my Cooler Master HAF5 Pro – Intel i5 back in April. It was easy to set up and I have had any issues.
I love it. It is a gorgeous computer and everything is running beautifully.
