Personally, I would order again. Straight out of the box no problems, everything connected just fine, and my usb Wi-Fi adapter even worked!
Shipping updates were good and packaging was as well.
Id say if you get this product you’ll definitely get your moneys worth, running games like Overwatch 2 and Minecraft at above 120 fps, I certainly feel as if I did.

Computer included a sheet of paper warning me to remove internal packaging. It took some time but tech support did provide a detailed guide to help me open the desktop. It proved unnecessary.

Not the sellers fault per se but obviously corrupted files or bad install. It happens, but this is why we pay 300+ dollars for refurbished items.

We bought this PC as a Christmas gift for our son. Within a month this computer started overheating and will not stay powered on. After taking it to a professional for inspection, we were notified that the entire build is all off brand products and they are malfunctioning. The graphics card is about half the size that’s advertised. The website description indicates it’s all name brand parts. This is false advertising and a SCAM. Do not buy from this seller!! I will be returning this product and reporting these people to Amazon for dishonest business practices.

This item did not have WiFi or Bluetooth out of the box and it was instead 2 little usb adapters which did not work. Games did not run very well and would frequently crash or the pc would shut off because of the ddr3 ram and 4th gen intel processor, which were both not explained in the description. I ended up returning this pc because of these reasons listed above.

Hi all I read the reviews before buying this and it seems like it’s kinda a mixed bag of products not good however I got what the title says and it all works. However I have 2 issues when I got the computer the hard drive was not connected I had to plug it in myself and it needs a larger power supply. If you can handle those things then this makes a great computer.
