    This is an excellent toothpaste, and our dental check ups have all been cavity free for years now to prove it. Highly recommend using this Complete version, and not the Whitening version of this toothpaste, for sensitive teeth and gums. This toothpaste cleans your teeth great, and it has the longest lasting minty taste of any toothpaste out there (natural or synthetic). Foams up really well too and there are absolutely no toxic or sketchy ingredients (like micro plastics) in this toothpaste. I have converted my older parents over to this also, they love it too. My Dad really likes the spearmint flavor, and my Mom and us like using the simply mint flavor. Easy to squeeze out, even in cooler temps, and doesn’t waste any product. Best and most effective and inexpensive natural toothpaste out there! Tastes good and works great.

    During pregnancy my teeth changed a LOT, more sensitive / achy to sweets, more yellowish, faster plaque etc. I was running out of my old toothpaste and since I now have my baby it’s easier to order online, which made me look into other tooth pastes. This is definitely one of the best toothpastes I’ve tried. It easily foams and spreads, while in previous toothpastes when I’d spit I would spit out clumps of toothpaste that didn’t spread instantly and got stuck on the sink. This one also began whitening my teeth and freshening my breath after the first week of using (along with therabreath whitening mouthwash) and slowed down the plaque as well as made it easier to eat sweets. It just made my mouth feel cleaner. I’m definitely going to stick with this toothpaste. 100000% worth the purchase and switch.

    After you brush your teeth with this it feels like you’ve been to the dentist. But it does not really taste like cinnamon. I was a little disappointed in that but it does taste good.
