Getting g used to the minty/ salty taste but am pleased with the cleaning results. Plus no dangerous fluoride, one of the worst things our government ever put I to our food/water source. Couldn’t be happier to throw away my Colgate and Crest!

I recently tried the ARM & HAMMER Essentials Fluoride-Free Toothpaste, and here’s my take on it!
What I Liked:
Clean Feel: After brushing, my mouth feels incredibly fresh and clean. The texture is pleasant, and it foams nicely without being overpowering.
Natural Ingredients: I appreciate that it’s fluoride-free and made with more natural ingredients, aligning with my preference for healthier options.
Good Flavor: The taste is mild and not overly sweet, making it enjoyable to use daily.
What Could Be Improved:
Limited Whitening Effect: While it feels great and cleans well, I’m not entirely sure how effective it is for whitening teeth. I haven’t noticed a significant change in the whiteness of my teeth after using it.

Finally, an Arm and Hammer product that is fluoride, free! I love how fresh and clean your mouth and teeth feel after you are done brushing with this toothpaste. I don’t have to worry about fluoride either which is a huge bonus. Clean fresh minty flavor.
