    I live the color, the shape and the warmth. But I am 5ft5in tall, 160lb, ordered a medium, and our felt like an XL or XXL. When I went to return, I thought about getting a small, but I was afraid when that one would be too large.

    When I clicked to return, there was a note from the seller saying in case of returns, I had to email them or the refund might not be issued. But they never posted the email address anywhere. I started tracking the store, and ended up finding the same coat being sold in another link, but the size chart was different, and they said they were an Asian company, so we should size up our order as Asian sizes tend to be smaller. That didn’t match what I got. I even checked the tag on the coat, but it said M indeed.

    I really like the coat and wish they had it my true size. Ended up returning it the regular way and got the refund with no issues.

    Really love this coat but will return due to small pockets. Hardley fits my phone safely. Would be perfect with larger pockets and maybe some inside pockets.
