I’ve been using this for a few years now and it is a very good toothpaste. I no longer have bleeding gums, that stopped about a year after first using. Now I will no longer use anything else.

I started using this toothpaste several months ago, at the suggestion of my dental hygienist, and shortly after starting, I could notice a difference. I use this toothpaste in the morning (I use another at night) and I noticed a tightening of my gums and a reduction in sensitivity. I would highly recommend this for anyone struggling with gum health,it’s the much cheaper alternative to the Colgate and it works just as good or even better I’d say,10/10,feels amazing and refreshing while brushing and doesn’t make MY gums bleed or burn!!!feels more like a gel ish tooth paste
