What good is a PC with no CD or DVD drive? This is supposed to be a gaming PC, but how can install physical games I have if there is no CD/DVD drive? The keyboard lighting is very dim. The light on the front of the PC is coming detached. The stand for the monitor is bizarre, and not balanced well. If you tip the monitor in the forward direction even a small amount, the monitor tips over. poor design.

Computer came packaged good, with everything in the box, with a really nice headset, keyboard, mouse, tower, monitor, can’t get the headset to sync but I’m sure it’s an easy fix. So far the computer is working great! My daughter LOVES it! Great price, awesome starter pc!! Perfect for gaming!! Fast to boot up, easy to set up!! Quiet pc!! Wifi capability!! Just pluged it in and it was ready in a few short steps!! NICE!!!

Fine for the first few times that it was being used but now is laggy or completely shuts down. Only purchased in August of 2023 and it’s now January 2024 so only had it for less than 5 months and it isn’t even used heavily. Disappointing.

When my teenage son told me all he wanted for Christmas was a desktop, I nearly spit out my coffee. With six kids to play Santa for, that was a big ask. But this Dell Optiplex 24-Inch Desktop Computer? It saved the day and my budget. Perfect specs, perfect price—Santa (aka me) nailed it.
Fast forward to January 3rd, and I haven’t really seen him since. He turned his walk-in closet into some sort of gamer cave, complete with LED lights and an energy drink stash. I think he’s alive because dirty bowls magically appear in my sink, and I hear occasional grunts that sound like joy (or victory). So yeah, I’m calling it a win.
The computer itself is running like a dream. He’s obsessed with the speed (thank you, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD), and I haven’t heard a single complaint. Honestly, I kind of miss him, but if silence and happy gaming vibes mean success, this computer gets five stars from me.
Santa-approved, kid-loved, and mom-pleasing. What more can you ask for?

The computer and screen itself worked great. This is the second time I had to order this item because the first time the cable that was sent to connect the monitor and the CP were the wrong cables because the CP had a different court then The screen. So instead of sending it back this time, I simply went and purchased a new cable to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Obviously there is no credible quality quality control that is being taken seriously if the same product can be sent out with identical issues, so with that said amazon owes me 15 bucks for the new cable otherwise the computer works fine

So everything arrived in time and everything worked BUT the monitor. Like the monitor flashes. Which is sad. My son got creative and used an old tv to connect everything. But keyboard quality is good and everything else but the monitor is good.

I was nervous about getting a refurbished computer. However, this gaming computer looks new with little to no signs of wear and tear. It’s works great and it also came with a set of headphones. My son loves it.

Wow! Great quality and value for money. The screen display is very big! The speed to set up and use amazing!
Had a issue with PC but I contacted the seller and he was very helpful to fix the issue with the PC. PC is working fine and Playing games on the pc is very smooth and great graphics too.

Received item, unbound, connected, etc. Wouldn’t power on more than 2 seconds. Changed power outlets, reseated cords, checked power strip. Nothing worked. Although Order Details indicate Return or Replacement within 90 days, Amazon Customer Service took 2 calls to tell me I have to initiate a return for my money back. No replacement item to be shipped. So I spent over $270 on a 2 hour waste of time, have to take more time to return it, and I still don’t have a working computer. Joy!
