This is the only gift my boyfriend wanted this year and now it may not ever work because it looks like someone ran over it. The box is trashed in many spots . I hope all the pieces are here and it works

Zero star! I received this pole saw 12/19/23. We have less then two hours of use over four episodes on it and it died on us. It is passed the return window so will have to go through dewalt get the problem resolved. This isn’t the first Dewalt tool I’ve had problems with but the husband insisted on going with dewalt. WE HAVE AGREED TO NOT BUY ANOTHER DEWALT TOOL IN THE FEATURE.

Flimsy but it works. I tighten it as much as possible and the shaft still has play in it.
