The cabinet was delivered with the handle pulls missing. I had to purchase them separately and install them.

This cabinet is sturdy, looks nice, and exactly what I need for my art studio. However, my studio is in my house and this is a large piece. They came with just the driver and set it down in my driveway – 40 min earlier than scheduled time, so I was still at work. They would not take it in the house or even take the crating off the cabinet. Why on earth anyone would consider delivering such a large heavy item to a residence and not have any intention of getting it inside, I have no idea. The guy claims his company doesn’t do “white glove service”. And this appears to be the only trucking company that Amazon uses so there aren’t any other options and I have two more units on the way. The second unit, by the way, should have been here 2 days ago, isn’t and no one seems to know why. No one can get hold of CEVA, and their tracking number doesn’t seem to exist.
