The covers don’t come with instructions but do come with a link to a youtube video installation demonstration. The video wasn’t perfect since there was no voice over provided, but it was more than enough to be able to install the covers. The back seat bottom cover is a bit of a hassle because you have to dethatch and take out your whole seat from the car, and our straps didn’t exactly match those in the video, but it was easy enough to figure out on our own but removing and reinstalling the seat is a bit of a two-person or one-strong person job. Definitely still worth it though because that is the most secure way to install a seat cover. The front seat covers were very easy to install, just don’t get the passenger vs drivers sides mixed up (openings for air bags should be on the outer edge of the seat facing each door). The seats look incredible and my car looks so much nicer now. The console cover is a great touch. The head rests are probably the least fitted parts as you can still see the original fabric at the bottom of the passenger and driver rests if they are raised, but not if they aren’t raised. To me, that isn’t a big deal at all for the price and quality.

Front seat backs easy enough. Make sure the airbag opening is facing the door to ensure you have them on the correct seat.
Front seat bottoms also not difficult to install assuming under your seats is clean.
Back seat is more of a challenge. If you have subaru rubber mats for the cargo space and rear of back seat you won’t be able to use the velcro on the back seat cover. Still works.
The bottom of the back seat needs to be removed to install properly. You can find a video online on how to remove it. Not too difficult after seeing how to do.
Material is nice, feels durable and should last quite some time. Very happy.

En general, todo muy bien con las fundas de los asientos, respaldos, cabeceras delanteras y central trasera. Sin embargo, las fundas de las cabeceras laterales traseras no son de la misma forma que las cabeceras del vehiculo, ya que no quedan ajustadas.
Me gustaria saber si es posible cambiar unicamente esas dos piezas por otras dos con la misma forma que las de la cabecera central, ya que esa si queda como debe ser.

By no means are they easy to install, but after you watch a YouTube video they recommend, and put careful effort and a couple of hours into installing them, they look great and feel great!
But to be so fit and look so natural, the installation takes time.
Can’t say anything about reliability yet, just installed these last week.
They are the best seat covers I have ever had, by far.

These seat covers are awesome. Very happy with the quality and the value and they look terrific. Much better than my original seats and gives my car a sporty look. I was skeptical at first because the reviews of seat covers from other companies were not good. But the reviews for these seat covers were good and I agree. However, I do have some minor issues and complaints/suggestions regarding the installation. The front seat covers were relatively easy to install. However the straps that go under the seat and click together need to be a few inches longer. It is somewhat difficult to thread the strap through the buckle because you only have an extra 2 or 3 inches. It would be much easier if you had more slack in the strap so you would not have to hold the buckle in position in order to thread the strap through. Also, the Youtube video makes it clear that the upright cover needs to have the Airbag slot towards the outside. But the bottom seat covers are not so obvious. The side strap with buckle needs to go on the inside I found this out the hard way by installing the passenger side bottom seat cover on the drivers side by mistake. Not a big deal once I realized my mistake.
The Youtube video is good, but it could be better. It is only visual with music playing in the background. It would be much clearer if there were narration explaining the steps as the installer proceeded. Also, they should Zoom in on the steps where you thread the straps or tie off strings, so you could see exactly what the installer is doing.
The rear seats were more challenging. One problem that the video did not address was the shoulder seat belt strap on the passenger side. It loops through the top of the seat back. In order to install the upright seat cover you have to remove this strap. The only way to do that is to remove the bottom seat bench altogether so that you can unlock this belt from the hardware that secures it the floor. There is a little gray button that releases it. Once removed you can install the upright seat cover. The remainder of the video instructions were Ok but you needed some real elbow grease to remove the seat bench.
The last real problem I had was that the female part the the seat buckles are so short to were they are bolted to the floor, that it was very difficult to get them to come through the slots in the back of the seat once you re-installed the bench. In order to do this I needed an extra pair of hands. I buckled all 3 seat belts and had a friend pull on them to hold them upright while I re-installed the bench. Even then, the buckles hardly come through enough in order to buckle the seat, but the seat belts can be buckled. This is not a fault of the seat covers, but rather the car manufacturer, in this case Subaru, who made the buckles so short and barely sticking out of the seat.
When all is done they look and fit great. If had to do it again, it would only take me about 2 hours. But if you are a first timer like I was, give yourself 3-4 hours.

While the material is high quality I must complain about two things:
– lack of directions. While there are some videos out there, they aren’t that good and don’t cover all possibilities. For example, some Subarus have heated seats others don’t. One video even had their dog running around in the car getting in the way of the video.
– material tightness. Back seat in particular was difficult to install. Also, the headrest materia in the front is way to right. Simple change to put a zipper in the back or along a seam would make those a 5 minute job instead of having to struggle for half an hour to get them on without damaging them.
Overall, good quality but stop referring buyers to amateur YouTube videos instead provide decent documentation in written form with pictures or provide a professionally made video. For over $300 that should be a given.

These seat covers provide great coverage and look good while doing it. Installation takes a bit of time as other reviewers have stated but definitely worth the effort. The covers fit snug on the seats. No loose or baggy appearance.
There is a slight odor that takes awhile to disappear but nothing some open windows and good ventilation can’t fix.
The seat covers are also very comfortable. I expect these to last a long time. Very happy with my purchase for the price I paid.
