Sound from other side chat comes in so clear
BUT
I have to unplug the device from my Xbox controller at least 4 times during a 1-2 hour play period to make the mic work again. The Sound still works so I don’t think anything of it, but everyone on the other end just thinks I went silent. Very upset, wish I kept the box so I could’ve returned it.

I bought this for my 9 year old who’s a switch player. She plays Fortnite, among us, Pokemon, games you basically need a mic for for online activities. The headset arrived quickly! Everything was great. Comfortable fit and mic was clear.
Few weeks later we started having issues with the sound – like a popcorn noise was coming out the left ear so I emailed the company since it was past the return date. I worked with someone named Yuna, who was such a helpful representative.
It was hassle free and only basic information was needed, but they handled the situation perfectly. They offered to replace the headset and in less than a week it arrived. Customer service was incredible I think that’s what got me more happy with this purchase and it makes me feel if there’s any other concerns they’ll actually read my message. If you’re wanting this for your gaming needs I highly recommend this product and company!

This headset works great, audio sounds crisp and the microphone does a great job with no audio hiccups.
The only minor complaint I have is the headset could be a shade bigger for my large noggin, the headset feels a little too small. Other than that, great pick up for the price I paid. Easy recommendation

The only thing that I don’t like so much about this is the mic is lit up. Covered it with a teeny bit of tape and it no longer distracts from my game. SO comfortable! Will definitely get another pair when these wear out!
