This product has issues staying charged. I can’t keep it on for longer than 5 minutes at a time.

When the product works it works really good for skin. However, I had an issue with the remote working but the light would not work on the mask after only 2 uses. So I got a replacement. After about 2 weeks of using the replacement, the same thing happened. It seems like it could potentially be a wire issue but this product is too expensive to not last longer

I love to be able to do skin care and self care at the same time. Works great, I can watch tv while mask is on.

It turns on and I was able to connect remote to the mask, however the controller dies very quickly.
I was checking other reviews of this Auxoliev brand led face masks and quite lots of people having same or similar issues.

I have only started looking into these LED face masks recently and have only tried one other so far, but I do love how this one looks at least compared to most. It’s pretty easy to use and it even has a remote control. I love that it has a stand for it and the remote to sit in, but I may have liked a bag instead as I don’t want it to be a decoration on my beauty counter lol. It seems pretty legit and feels nice to use, but I don’t know how to test for redlight to see if it really works other than using it for a loooong time.. So, time will tell but I do hope it works, but at least I feel like I’m at a spa when I use it and it helps set my skincare! 🙂

So first off everything seems to be working as you’d expect, I’ve only been able to use it for a while now and I have yet to see significant changes in my skin but I’m also not expecting to see drastic overnight changes, so time will tell if it’s working or not, The mask itself is constructed nicely, it’s quite pretty honestly, it’s a little on the heavy side but I can work around that.
it comes with a nice stand, which I didn’t think I would enjoy so much but it’s quite nice to keep it organized and in its own spot, I like everything about this unit, except for the fact it doesn’t have an on and off switch on the mask itself ☹️you have to turn it on and off with the remote…. I’m a little afraid that the remote is going to break or something’s going to happen or maybe I lose the remote or something, there for, leaving the mask useless…. I think that’s my biggest critique it doesn’t have an on and off switch directly on the mask which is a little irritating and leaves me worried about it not being able to work if something happens to the remote.
I’m happy with everything else except for the fact I can’t turn it on unless you have the remote which I’m just not down with.
