It seemed too good to be true at the price point, and apparently it was. Just over one month after purchase it can’t function without being plugged in. Is it the battery or a motherboard problem? Hard to know because it is impossible to speak to anyone about a warranty. Maybe it doesn’t have one. Very disappointing.

This laptop serves my purpose for casual internet usage. The 14 inch screen isn’t too big and at about 3 pounds the laptop is very light weight. Set up and Registration was a breeze. Windows 11 comes pre-installed and is easy to navigate. No touch screen, but that’s ok. Camera has a sliding door for privacy. Battery gives about 5 hours until charging needed. The only downside was that I didn’t receive a full year manufacturer warranty because I purchased it from a 3rd party. I bought the extended 4-year warranty through Amazon though. Overall, I am pleased so far with the performance. i7 is very fast, 20MB RAM and 1TB SSD is probably more than I will ever need.
