CESAR PEREZ ENRIQUEZ –
Great lighting and sound quality
umesh –
My son had one of these sound systems and he did a quick demo for me. For the 30 seconds it was on, it was enough for me to look into this model (as I needed a new 2.1 anyway).
I was immediately impressed by the price. So much sound for so little money. I’m pretty leery of subwoofers or should I say what companies try to pass off as subwoofers. The subwoofer that ships with these speakers exceeded my expectations for depth and deep base.
Since I’ve purchased one of these and played with the software, my appreciation for what I purchased has grown … a couple times.
I would without hesitation recommend this to someone else.

These speakers are great at what they do, but I will not go into details on the sound quality or visual effects as others have already done so; I have, however, learned some potentially useful information regarding the speaker cabling and expanding the speakers with additional satellite speakers:
1. The left side satellite speaker uses a DB9 serial data cable with straight through wiring (not all DB9 cables have all pins wired through the cable), such as the KENTEK DB9 Serial RS-232 Straight-Through D-Sub cable sold on Amazon.
2. The right side satellite speaker uses a DB15HD serial data cable also with straight through wiring (same note as in bullet 1). I found Y / splitter cables of this variant, after much searching, on Winford.com listed as “DB15HD Male – 2 Female Y Splitter Cable, all 15 pins, 1Ft”.
3. Additional left and right satellite speakers can be purchased separately from third party sellers on sites such as eBay.
4. Both the left and right side satellite speakers can use cable extensions so long as the extension cable is the same type as those mentioned in bullets 1 and 2 above.
5. A second left side satellite speaker can be added using a Y-cable of the variant mentioned in bullet 1 above and both sound and lighting effects will be mirrored between the two left side speakers with no noticeable degradation in audio/lighting performance. Adding a third speaker to the left side will cause it to draw to much power and will cause the lights and sound of the speaker system to be disabled.
6. A second right side satellite speaker can be added using a Y-cable of the variant mentioned in bullet 1 above **BUT** only the lighting effects will be mirrored between the two right side speakers and the audio for the full speaker system will be disabled. Two left side speakers can be used along with the two right side speakers with full lighting functionality, and sound can simply be routed through a separate audio source. While this seems useless, it can be worthwhile for those who predominately game with headphones and simply want the additional lighting. An additional note, with two right side speakers connected, only the power buttons on the two speakers will function, the volume and brightness buttons will no longer work with two right side speakers simultaneously connected. Adding a third right side speaker will have the same effect as it did on the left side. *See the attached image for simultaneous use of two right side and two left side speakers lighting effects.*
Summary of functional speaker configurations:
– One Left and One Right Satellite Speaker: FULL audio and visual functionality
– Two Left and One Right Satellite Speaker: FULL audio and visual functionality
– One Left and Two Right Satellite Speaker: ONLY visual functionality, NO audio
– Two Left and Two Right Satellite Speaker: ONLY visual functionality, NO audio
– More than Two Left and One Right Satellite Speaker: NO audio and NO visual functionality
– One Left and More than Two Right Satellite Speaker: NO audio and NO visual functionality

For computer speakers, these are pretty good. I was trying to decide between Bose’s computer speakers, which undoubtedly would be superior when it comes to clarity. But you also pay through the nose for them. The ones I looked at were over five hundred dollars. Then I spotted these which were about two hundred dollars less. So, I thought I would give them a try and was not disappointed. The sound clarity is pretty darn good and it has an advantage over the Bose speakers because they simulate 7.1 Surround Sound. It’s not a perfect simulation but it’s pretty decent. The bass is also quite good. So much so that I turn it down because it’s a bit too much bass. I know some complain about the app that controls the speakers but I find it to be adequate. If I had it to do over, I would buy these again.

The Logitech G560 is a powerhouse in computer audio, delivering immersive, high-quality sound that elevates any gaming, music, or movie experience. The standout feature is undoubtedly the dynamic RGB lighting that syncs with your audio. It’s not just aesthetic—these lights react to the beat, enhancing the sensory experience and making you feel like you’re part of the action.
The sound quality is exceptional. The clarity in the mids and highs is complemented by the punchy, deep bass from the subwoofer. Explosions in games sound incredibly realistic, and bass-heavy music tracks have a satisfying depth that you can feel as much as you can hear. This speaker set can handle subtle details in quieter audio as well as it handles the thunderous crescendos, so it’s versatile for any type of audio content.
Installation and setup are simple, and it integrates smoothly with Logitech’s G Hub software. This allows for full customization of both sound profiles and lighting effects. The ability to create custom lighting profiles to match your desktop or room ambiance is a great bonus, and it’s straightforward to save and switch between presets.
The G560 offers multiple connectivity options, including Bluetooth, USB, and 3.5mm input, making it easy to switch between gaming and other media devices. The Bluetooth function is quick and stable, so you can easily stream music from your phone when you’re not on your computer.
Overall, the Logitech G560 offers immersive sound quality, interactive lighting, and easy setup. It’s a premium option that’s worth every penny for gamers and audiophiles looking for something with great performance and visual flair. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love these speakers, and such a steal at their current price point.
Some people aren’t into RGB, but these are very customizable and you can dim them or have them completely turned off. However, while in voice chat, it’s funny to have different colours flashing in sync with whoever you’re talking to, aha.
Only word of caution is that this has a down firing sub. So for those of you like myself that are in a top floor apartment, you will be restricted to playing this loud to only during the day.

TL;DR- Speakers sound amazing regardless it being games, movies or music. Lighting rarely doesn’t change to colors set to certain games and stay in the default settings (whatever you have them set to.) Again very rarely. Lighting is done amazingly. Audio visualizer is my personal favorite, screen sampler is just okay. Depending on the game, screen sampler can really shine, or really be a little too chaotic.
Man these speakers are the truth. I’ve used these for about 3 months now. I held off a review until I really got to try them out. Games sound amazing on this. I recently finished the Doom 2016 with these and it was such an experience. I have it set to where every time I’d shoot the speakers would flash red on this game and it really just added more to an already awesome game with really good sound designs. From music, to movies, to games, these speakers handle everything with ease. Watching the movie Interstellar on these was something else. The sound quality was out of this world.
Sometimes the they can get a little finicky. You can have different effects/colors for different games if you so chose to, but sometimes it won’t switch over to that and stay whatever the default lighting you have is. Randomly happens, but not often at all. Bluetooth was quick and easy to set up for my phone if I felt like just listening to music. The lighting is so clean and well done. They have multiple options. Static color, Cycle, Breathing, Screen sampler, and audio visualizer.
My personal favorite is audio visualizer. More specifically for games. I can set them to whatever colors I’d like them to be. Like Doom for example. I have it with orange and red. When it’s a lighter sound, it’ll be orange, but let’s say an explosion happens, a much louder sound, it’ll flash red instead. I pretty much use this lighting for most my games but switch them up depending on the game. Screen sampler is interesting. I think it’s just okay. Screen sampler does the best job it could at mimicking what the colors on your screen are doing and attempting to visualize it with the lighting. Some games work better than others.
With Screen Sampler, it really depends. For example, I was playing Call of Duty’s Warzone. The scene that happens right before everybody jumps, the plane starts flashing red to signal the characters to get ready to jump. The speakers flashed red with the plane which added some immersion. If you’re in an environment that’s predominately one very strong color, it does a decent job and mimicking the colors. Like walking through a forest area in Red Dead Redemption 2. But if there are multiple things going on is where it shines the least. Besides that, these speakers sound amazing, and really just throws you in to the world of whatever game you’re playing. I highly recommend these. These have been a HUGE step-up compared to the speakers I had before.
