   The media could not be loaded.

   This product was in excellent condition, everything synced to our phones perfectly and works exactly like it’s supposed to. Our family has had a blast playing these games together.

   The only gift my child has ever really liked. He’s had it for two years. This christmas, the only thing he asked for was a replacement paddle. Best thing I ever bought him.

   Bought this for my nne year old grandson for Xmas. He absolutely loves it. It’s expensive but well made. His bear hug after opening it was worth the money it costs for his happiness ❣️

   We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our granddaughter – her only gift. As she worked to setup on Christmas, it forced a software upgrade. This resulted in the headset not powering up and/or charging. We’ve spent over 10 hours on service chats trying to fix. Ultimately, Meta asked that we return. They provided a “fedex” shipping label. That return process took 7 days to arrive at Mega but Mega site is still showing we haven’t returned the headset. We are stuck in a horrible loop and I reach out to service daily and they are no help. I have no confidence that we will have this product replaced (brand new and under warranty). My lesson learned is that I should have returned to Amazon vs. working with Meta. It’s a known service issue and noted right when you log into site but I don’t think there is a fix. Buyer beware – we are weeks out and no Christmas gift or replacement in sight and no real person to talk to…just Chat AI. Very sad for a little girl who was so excited – this was her one Christmas ask and no apologies from Meta.

   Throughout my 2 year experience with the 5 year old vr headset I have had nothing but a good experience. In the first few minutes of getting the headset it took me no time to connect to the app and set up. Once I got through half of the year from December 2023 I found myself constantly entertained without spending a dime and when I spent money on affordable games that never passed the 60$ mark. In addition the portability of the quest 2 is astounding when I went on the trip and packed it my bag easily.

   To sum up the product, the meta quest 2 was one of the most functional and fun vr headset I have ever had and I wish to continue purchasing the up and coming headsets meta releases.

    so i used it to game but i cant buy any games on it cause i need a store pin but i dont know whatthe store pin is and it also came with an acc if there is a way to make a new acc on it please tel me how but other than that its pretty nice
