U-joints not pressed in properly, seal on one u-joint cap damaged, about 1/8″ run-out when spinning and binds at full lock. Inner and outer u-joint carriers clash at close to full lock. Garbage. Returned.

I knocked off a couple of stars cause it binds at full lock on my 98 TJ , if I knew that in hindsight
Maybe I would of went another route but other than that all good , I got some dust shields and ground down the inner diameter to make them big enough to slip on

I would have given this 5 stars if I didn’t have to go to the ends of the earth to get 2 new plastic shields to keep the mud and dirt out of my axle tubes.
I took everything apart and cracked one of the old ones trying to get it off the old axle.
Anyways, these axles are great. Well build and noticeably beefier than the old stock ones.
FYI – 22 yr old stock axles were missing metal. There was an area in the middle of the axle that was about 1/16” thinner and uneven diameter. They were rusting away. Glad I replaced them.
These axles are also larger in diameter than stock axles. Great fit. Easy plug n play.
