Great tool kit other than one battery is faulty according to the charger. Immediately starts hissing when plugged in to charge and the charger indicates that the battery is faulty

Says it comes with 3, 4.0ah batteries but I got 2 3.0ah batteries and 1, 5.0ah battery instead.

The Hackzall has quit running. We’ve had this less than a year. We have sent two messages to the seller with no response. We just want to find out the warranty information.
Drilling –
One of the batteries quit working altogether. It will not charge and shows that it is fully charged. It will not power up any tools. Something is not right with it. Not sure what.
