Very much like the Super Mode Smokeless fire pit. I fired it up for the first time after a snowstorm and it did not melt any of the snow or ice on my front porch. Put out a nice heat on the top side with very little smok.

I have to admit, I really wanted one of these but the name brand version was so expensive so I never purchased one. When I saw that this and read through the discerption, I had to order. The firepit came in a drawstring bag for storage. The listing had photos that showed a little thing for when using pellets. I’m guessing it would go in the center of the burning chamber to allow air flow. My box did not include this, instead it came with two extendable forks for roasting marshmallows.
I purchased some firewood from my local home improvement store. I split up 3 pieces of wood into smaller splits and then cut them in half so they would fit in the firepit. (used a small axe to split them down but then used my chop saw to cut them in half to save time).
The firepit comes with a little heat shield mat but I found that bottom doesn’t get that hot because the fire is well above the ash tray. Plus, I forgot to extend the bottom 4 folding legs… Because of the design, air is pulled from the bottom into the fire chamber, like those rocket stoves. I only used dryer lint and a little newspaper and it was burning very quickly. The flame can get going pretty good really fast. The flame gets pretty high, so keep your head-hair back. I think the way this works; by pulling the air from the bottom vs the top, the flame-heat burns hotter and burns off the smoke. I only time I noticed smoke was when I letting the fire burn down when we were done using it.
We barely used maybe 2 pieces of the pre-spit wood from the banded wood. My normal firepit would have burned through all the wood and we would have been a smokie mess. This burns so clean and efficiently and was perfect for a quick little fire for smores. We had it on a metal outdoor patio table but if it was on the ground, you would you probably get a lot more heat. I did add some wood pellets after I got the fire going but it seemed to smother the fire at first, then became roaring. I feel like wood strips burned much better and longer.

Amazing value. Would do it again, came with this larger one and a smaller 7” pit. Both work great, I have a 12×12 deck and this both lights up the whole thing and keeps everybody warm.

This tabletop fire pit shares many similarities with other models I’ve tried at this size and price range but has some standout details worth mentioning.
The first thing I noticed was the coating. Whether it’s paint or powder coating, it’s thick and feels very durable, showing good resistance to scratches.
The fire pit’s foldable feet are practical, making storage and transport easy. However, they don’t have a detent or click to lock them in place; they rely solely on joint friction, which works fine but could be improved for more secure positioning.
The included silicone heat mat is a nice touch, and both the mat and the fire pit fit well into the included travel bag, adding convenience when packing it up for travel or storage.
One area that could use improvement is the included ring, which has slightly sharp edges. While this isn’t an issue during use since the ring is too hot to handle when in operation, it would benefit from some deburring to make setup and handling safer.
Overall, the solid build, thoughtful inclusions, and functional design make this a good fire pit, worthy of a 4-star rating.
