    The top handle has broken. Upon inspection, I noticed the reason is due to the end being too short for the fastener/rivet, to keep hold. If you’re not using this primarily as a backpack this handle is must, to lift the bag up stairs or in and out of a vehicle. The back straps are too long to leave out while rolling, as they can get caught in the wheels.

    Previous review: I currently own the small, medium and XL train case. They all work great for makeup artists that travel on location. You can put your bag on a table or counter. Open it up, see all of your products, and grab whats needed. The dividers don’t work well for me because they shift over time. I’ve removed them and added plastic containers instead. I purchased this one with wheels to replace my XL due to weight. I don’t think the back straps are necessary. This bag would be better with swivel wheels. Other than that, I like how much this bag holds if packed correctly.

    I really love this kit so much. At first I was weary because it’s so deep and all my other kits were never that deep, but I just flipped my palettes from AKC to stand up and it took up even less space inside the kit. Now I have room for growth, I absolutely adore this kit. It has a pocket behind the pencil holders which I personally use for a mirror but also have used to hold giant lash beds and other things. I cover it with a silicone mat that I use during every makeup application, this helps keep things in place from moving since I still have alot of space inside. Overall tho I am in LOVE with this bag. Hopefully it lasts me a while.

    I also put it inside a Carry on instead of its original wheels because I wanted my kits to match and also because I enjoy the 360 wheels. I don’t have to tilt the kit to roll it around which was a big plus for me. And it fits PERFECTLY in a standard carryon. I also worry for wear and tear on the kit so the carryon can take damage and I have a damage free kit at all times 🥰

    This case is phenomenal. Not only does it store my makeup and brushes, but my skincare products and makeup wipes also fit. The removable compartments make it perfect to organize for your convenience, and the straps that this model comes with ensures that the top part of the bag stays standing up, which is convenient for when you want to use the brushes or products in the pocket compartment at the top.

    The brushes areas has a plastic lining, making it perfect to wipe clean, and you can even put items like mascara there if you run out of space in the main area. Inside the zip lock pocket on top, I like to store my makeup removing wipes and little skincare samples. You can also fit a thin palette as long as you don’t overfill the main compartment area. I really like that the bottom of the main compartment is rose gold just like the brushes area and not black, which allows for contrast and easiness on the eyes to find items.

    The bag is sturdy and the marble design is elegant and beautiful. The handle at the top makes it easy to carry to the bathroom. When you are not traveling, you can leave the bag open in your bathroom closet or counter, or on top of your vanity, as a way to store your makeup items and for easy accessibility. I highly recommend this product. This is the perfect Christmas, Valentine’s, birthday, or treat-yourself gift.

    I really like this travel case and I was really excited to get a cover for the wheels so o don’t have to worry about dirty wheels on the table when I work out of my kit HOWEVER the wheel cover is way too small, I tried multiple times and this must be the cover for the older model because it will not cover half of the wheel section the wheels are too big to cover and stretch to the other side . The main compartments that can be interchangeable need some thing to grip so you can’t really have a big open area without using a side to keep it in place . I tried and I opened the kit and the sides feel out because there wasn’t anything pushing against the bigger sides to keep them in place. I like there are alot of compartments, it definitely goes up stairs a lot easier with the big wheels just be careful not to go too fast because things could get broken inside unless you have extra padding around your bags and I don’t. Handle is very sturdy and it feels durable, other than what I mentioned it is a quality case and I would recommend. If you have the new and bigger wheel cover case for the new model with big wheels can you please send to me!?

    The bag received was the old version of the case not the “new” one as shown in all the photos. Didn’t come with a second set of dividers or the cover for the wheels.

    The case received is functional, however the balance is not great due to its old styled wheels. Be aware when purchasing you are not buying the new upgrade version as shown in all the photos!

    I have been a makeup artist for 10 years. I have had many a traveling makeup case and this is one of the best I’ve had. The storage capacity is amazing. I love that it is travel friendly as well. It isn’t bulky at all!

    ***update to my review** changed to 5* from 1* as I contacted the seller regarding the issues below and they sent out the new version of the case straight away. Great costumer service.

    Loved this to start with but used it as a backpack for the first time and one of the straps is already falling off and a stud to strengthen the top handle has popped out. Its full but not overly heavy as it’s mainly full of bulky hairsprays. Shocking for such a pricey case and less than 6months use.

    This is hands down the nicest makeup bag that I’ve had. First, the zippers are BUTTER! They open and close like a dream. They don’t get stuck and pull at all and I love the little R details on them. The front pocket is spacious and is great to hold your face charts and other random items. Then you open the main compartment. This is where it gets good! The photos that I have attached show how deep it is. As deep as a fix plus is tall! I love how much space it has, it holds everything. The wheels are really nice and smooth and the handle used to pull the bag is really nice quality and is smooth pulling up or down. Oh my gosh I almost forgot one of my favorite parts, THE BACKPACK! I go up many of flights of stairs and this makes it so I can hold all my other items and have my makeup on my back. Sure its heavy, that’s on me…but I love this feature. If you’re debating getting this bag, do it! You neeeeed it.

    I got the big wheeled roller for this new xl makeup bag that was bundled with the four cosmetic bags. They are all the same size in person but the photo shows two different sizes…. I really wanted the different sizes.. otherwise it’s SO NICE
