I bought this for my 2018 CLA 250 and it has been a great upgrade. It really modernizes the car, and the wireless Apple CarPlay is something I can’t live without now. The customer service has also been great, they have been very helpful and even provided me with software updates that fixed the few issues I had. 10/10 product, would very much recommend.

Replaced the 8.5″ screen on a 2015 CLA 250 with NTG 5*1. Aesthetic: 5 stars. Huge upgrade. It now looks like a 2023 and doesn’t appear after-market. Functionality: 4 stars. Touchscreen instead of fumbling around with knob. Google Maps and Waze are much better than Mercedes navigation. Processor is a bit slow. The start-up screen shows a weird supercar instead of a Mercedes (or the AMG logo). Installation: 4 stars. I received 3 estimates for installation. $1,400.00, $800, and $250. I hired the guy for $250 and it took him about 2 hours. It took me about an hour to get the settings correct. Main issue was getting Google Maps to work (had to switch to “use vehicle GPS” or something like that). Overall, 4 1/2 stars. For the price, I’d buy again.

I ordered this for my 2017 C-Class Merc. I have an iPhone 15 and this connects to it perfectly so i get the benefit of CarPlay without the hassle of using my smaller iPhone.
I love the display of this, it’s so slick looking. Even though it’s a huge 12.3 inch screen it doesn’t seem it and that’s due to the width of it. The screen resolution is only 720p but it still looks great. The touch functionality works flawlessly and I like the size of the tiles on the screen for easy access while driving.
The build quality in general is impressive and there is quite a bit of weight to it. Getting it attached was super easy and everything needed is in the box.
I’m super happy with this touchscreen!
