You might want to wear gloves and use sturdy scissors or box cutters to open the thick and bulky package the screwdriver and carry case come in. Another reviewer reported this issue. It’s really overkill. Apart from that, the mini-USB rechargeable screwdriver worked well after charging. It is faster and smaller than my old Black & Decker drill and I look forward to using it as a peg winder for my guitars. It is geared toward opening products with uncommon fastening bits.
In addition to the usual Phillips Head Bits: Various sizes for cross-head screws and flat/Slotted Head Bits: Multiple sizes for flat-head screws.
It also includes Torx Bits: Commonly used in automotive and electronics applications.
Hex Bits: For hexagonal screws and bolts.
Square/Robertson Bits: Often used in woodworking and construction.
Pozidriv Bits: Similar to Phillips but with additional lines between the cross.
I’m happy to recommend this tool.

It’s more or less a light duty driver. Great for electrical work, but not structural work or any work that requires a heavy duty driver. Good set of bits with magnetic extension.

This is a very nice kit. The screwdriver charges very quickly and works very well for low torque jobs. It is not designed for driving in large wood screws. It has one magnetic collar in the kit since the bits are not magnetized. Slip it over a bit to get magnetic capability. I use it for working on printers and it works wonderfully. The light is a plus and the power detector works as well. This is probably my best tool purchase ever considering the price and capability of the tool. Buy it!

I just received this tool yesterday and I started using it today at work. Worth its weight in gold!! I build batteries for a EV car mfg. I was using a regular nut diver to to my job and my hands and wrist were sore every single day, then I bought a Gearwench ratching nut diver and that tool helped but did not solve the fatigue I was getting in my wrist. This new electric screwdriver from Skill takes the cake! It reduced the fatigue instantly. I didn’t really need all the bits that the tool came with. I would have been happy to have been able to purchase the tool and charger by itself. But a great tool buy nonthe less

This cordless screwdriver charges quickly, and provides enough power for most jobs. This is not as powerful as a typical drill, but you will not miss the drill when it comes to almost all screw-driving jobs. Maybe in rare case with wood screws you might need to use a regular screwdriver for last couple of turns that require extra force. Advantage of less weight and smaller size that this product offers evens that out.
Light and magnetic tip are quite useful as well, and unlike few other reviewers I am comfortable with arrangement to start forward or reverse movement. A compact box is another useful feature of this product.
Only annoyance: Only way to turn on the light is by starting forward or reverse movement. With better mechanism this tool would be handy as a small light, without wasting the battery charge.
Overall, I am starting to wonder how I lived without such a battery powered screwdriver for so long.

If you are doing something like replacing all the door knobs in a house, this is a nice time saver. It is lighter than a drill and faster than a screwdriver. Not a necessity at all, but nice to have. This one came with a case and a bunch of bits. It seems well made and I predict it will last a long time. It is not a drill, so don’t expect it to drive construction screws into timber.

This was a life saver putting together a doll house with a million screws in with the recommendation of screwing each one in by hand because of the cheap fragile pressed wood that can’t handle the force of a drill. This was awesome to get into those tight spots and was able be easily switched if needed to screw both directions. It came pre charged and lasted for about an hour and then needed to be charged back up…only flaw was it couldn’t be used while plugged in and took about an hour to charge enough to finish the job and it didn’t come with a base to plug the USB plug into but that seems to be the new thing. Nice little box that holds everything in place with an awesome assortment of heads to choose from. The light on it when in use is awesome along with the magnetic heads that can help with holding the screws in place. I was even able to successfully screw in a thin sheet of acrylic that curved and didn’t crack it. Christmas is coming up soon and this is a must have to all the parents helping Santa build and put together toys on Christmas Eve…

Es muy útil, además tiene un sensor para detectar la corriente, lo cual es muy útil, aunque le falta un poco de potencia, pero es muy chico, así es comprensible no poder meter un motor más poderoso, en general buen producto.

I purchased this brand name skill screwdriver and I’m pleased to say it does a very good job the only problem is they don’t supply the charger you have to purchase that separately

Bought it base on the good reviews compared to some other brands since its the most basic tools you ought to have at home. Haven’t really had the chance to make full use of it. But so far it feels solid and the bits are of good quality.
