The adjustable handle and ergonomic design make it comfortable, even for longer jobs. It’s lightweight and easy to use. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and efficient snow-clearing tool.

This was not good for me,I tried to use this in my back yard where my dogs go and it kept getting stuck with the grass,I think if you have a very flat surface it will be ok

I can’t rate this for snow removal because my area doesn’t have any snow expected for over ten days. I chose to order this tool because it’s easy to assemble compared to many other models. I have three corded electric snow removal tools and I needed a battery operated tool to clear paths to my outdoor outlets and my detached garage when necessary so I don’t have to keep doing that manually. I’m a senior woman with severe allergic reactions to outdoor air pollution, so this tool should reduce the time I need to spend outdoors. Trying to manually shovel is difficult wearing masks, especially if it’s necessary to layer masks. It’s unrealistic to expect an inexpensive, lightweight, battery-operated tool to do the same job as an expensive, powerful tool, so I don’t expect this little battery-operated shovel to clear my long driveway. And I don’t expect it to clear six inches of snow. The manual says it can remove 4.2” of snow, so that’s a more realistic expectation. The instructions for operating the tool were missing from the instructions, but the troubleshooting section tells how to start it. Since all cordless shovels have the same basic instructions, it was easy to find the basic operating instructions online. There is an email address provided to contact the company if necessary. It has a three year guarantee and proof of purchase is required to use the guarantee. The battery is generic and easy to charge. Assembly of the tool is very simple. The instructions say to match up arrows. One of the arrows will be easy to see and the other will be on a black stripe so it’s very quick. I tested it indoors safely and it’s not too loud. It should be easy to remove snow from porches and sidewalks with this tool. People need to understand that a lightweight, battery-operated tool won’t be able to handle heavy, wet snow, especially if you can’t lift the snow yourself. The way to use a tool like this for heavier snow is simply to do snow removal more frequently, when it’s two inches or less. I do the same thing when I shovel manually so that I don’t hurt myself trying to lift too much heavy snow. Roads and parking lots get cleared frequently during heavy snowfalls and this method works. Just have an extra coat so you can hang coats to dry between trips outside. We only get the heavy, wet kind when it’s warmer and making more trips outside to clear snow more frequently is safer for your body as well as your cordless shovel. The tool feels pretty sturdy. The handle has a little give at the joints, but it’s more sturdy than my more expensive brand name, corded tools. The extra handle can be adjusted for comfort, which makes it more functional. The box had been opened when I received it, but everything was still intact. Local delivery drivers are often pretty careless with packages, so this was probably a local issue. I ordered an extra battery, which was shipped separately. The box for that was also opened and damaged, but the battery inside appeared to be intact.

The 12.2-Inch Cordless Snow Shovel has been a fantastic tool for clearing my driveway and walkways during light snowfalls. In an area with frequent snow, it’s the perfect alternative to bulky snow blowers. The 20-Volt/4.0 Ah lithium-ion battery offers plenty of power, and I’m impressed with how long it lasts on a single charge. It cuts through light snow easily, and the directional plate allows me to control where the snow goes, making the clearing process much more efficient. The quick charger is another great feature, allowing me to quickly recharge and continue clearing. Lightweight and easy to handle, this shovel is perfect for those who want to avoid the heavy lifting required with traditional snow blowers. It’s compact, convenient, and ideal for handling snowy days. This snow shovel is an excellent solution for light snow removal—highly recommended!

I recently purchased the 20V 11-Inch Cordless Snow Shovel, and I’m impressed with how well it performs for light snow clearing tasks. Here’s a breakdown of what I liked.

Lightweight & Easy to Handle: Weighing only 7.3 lbs, this snow blower is incredibly easy to maneuver. It’s perfect for quick cleanups around the driveway, walkways, and patios. The ergonomic auxiliary handle makes it comfortable to use for longer periods without straining my back or arms.
Cordless Convenience: No cords to deal with! It runs on a 20V/4.0 Ah Lithium-ion battery, which lasts for a decent amount of time before needing to be recharged. Plus, the quick charger is a nice touch – I’m ready to go again in no time.
Quiet & Powerful: For such a compact machine, it’s surprisingly powerful and moves snow efficiently. It’s quieter than my gas-powered blower, which is a big plus for early mornings when I don’t want to disturb the neighbors.
Compact Design: The 11-inch width and 6-inch depth are perfect for clearing light to moderate snowfalls. It’s not designed for heavy snow, but it does a great job with smaller accumulations.

Limited Snow Depth: While it handles light snow well, it struggles a bit with deeper accumulations (anything over 6 inches). It’s not a replacement for larger snow blowers if you have big storms to tackle.
Overall, I would recommend this cordless snow shovel for families or anyone with a smaller driveway or light snow clearing needs. It’s convenient, efficient, and easy to use!

It is not the sturdiest machine, but for the price that is to be expected. It seems solid enough and did a good job on my front and back walks on one charge. I hadn’t gotten around to shoveling for a few days and needless to say the snow was packed with ice underneath. It did a good job removing the snow on top and actually broke up a fair bit of the softer ice that was underneath. I’m sure if I use it right after a snow it will be fine. A deeper snow may take a few passes, but it certainly saved me a lot of work today. My only complaints is that the switch on the side shuts off a lot so I have to hold it or press the button repeatedly, still not a deal breaker. I’m curious to see how this will work in the heavy, wet spring snows. I imagine it will take several passes and it’s probably best to do it several times as the snow accumulates.
