    I just purchased this product after trying a MUCH more expensive LED light therapy device by Zero Gravity, in the hopes that the results would be similar even if it took longer. This device is AWFUL! There is no cover for the LED lights and I have very deep indentations all over my face in the shape of the LED lights – considering the number of little light bulbs in this product, you can imagine how awful my face looks after having pressed it (gently) into my skin all over! I can’t believe how terrible the design is – the Perfectio Plus by Zero Gravity has a smooth cover so the LED light bulbs aren’t directly touching your face and you’re able to move that device all around (including along the chin/jawline) to help mold and sculpt your face while getting light therapy, unlike this LightStim that has to be held stationary on one part of the face for 3 minutes before moving it elsewhere. I want .a device that I can move around so I can help induce some elasticity and lifting in my jawline, and also a device that I could use and leave home immediately afterwards. It’s been 25 minutes and I still have LED light bulb shaped indentations all over my cheeks and forehead.

    Has to be the most disgusting purchased rec’d EVER. It is DIRTY ,the cord looks OLD & DIRTY – there is NO case. There is a GROSS used old device in the box

    The first one I purchased would not turn on even after charging for hours. Returned it for a replacement. The SECOND one did the same thing! They only turn on if plugged in. What the heck? Returned the second one and will shop elsewhere
