    I bought this headset for playing games on my Xbox, and the sound is very good and very comfortable. This was my 3rd ever headset ( I have only had budget ones) and this is the best bang for your buck! Currently it is on sale for $30-40 and I got it for 40. Feels very good for a budget headset and the mic is awesome, I tried a $100 one and my friends told me that it was better than the $100! Highly recommend.

    Pros:
    – LONG battery life. From a full charge, logged 9hrs while working from home and had 77% battery the next day. Great for those who may not be using this headset on a daily basis (or those who are and forget about charging daily!).
    – USB-C charging connectivity (A to C cable supplied, high quality, long length).
    – Lightspeed dongle is small and discrete.
    – Comfort: (YMMV… I’m a male in mid 20s with a medium sized head… I think?) after a few days of playing around with the ski band placement and earcup position, I finally found a setup that worked for me. I have stud earrings and found some higher positions of the earcups were originally pressing on my lobes and causing some discomfort. Switching the band to the larger position and bringing the earcups down allowed me to seat everything nicely without any discomfort. Wore the headphones all day while working from home and forgot I wasn’t wearing my usual headphones (Beyerdynamic DT770… Which are my top choice for headphone comfort).
    – Logi GHub connectivity/customizations are decent. Simple volume, mic volume, sidetone (hearing your voice thru mic with no latency), audio EQ customization (with presets and custom settings)
    – Doesnt look super “gamer-y”… a good plus if I need video on during a (professional) call.
    – Flip to mute mic is great. I dont like having to deal with a removable mic or a fixed mic. The hardware based muting of the G535 mic is convenient and easy and doesnt require much finger dexterity… Allows me to mute on Discord or Teams while AFK.
    – Volume wheel and power button are smartly and intuitively placed and sized. Only a couple times have I accidentally brushed the volume wheel with the hood of my sweatshirt, but this only clicks the volume up a notch or two.

    Cons:
    – Noise cancelling is pretty weak. No active noise cancelling (but you wouldnt expect that at this price). Not much isolation from surrounding sounds, but this wasn’t a large drawback for me as I play in relatively quiet environments
    – Mic quality: its a 2.4ghz wireless mic, so you have the usual downsides. Reduced high end, thinner bottom end. Its fine! But clarity suffers a little due to the intrinsic qualities of WIRELESS HEADSET technology. Please note that THIS MIC IS PERFECTLY FINE FOR GAMING, WORK CALLS, AND OTHER GENERAL COMMS PURPOSES!
    – Sound Quality: its fine! I do audio recording and mixing, so I’m biased when it comes to any set of headphones. My Beyerdynamic DT770 have a very wide soundstage, clear highs, articulated bass, and balanced mid range. I spend maybe 12 hours a day using the DT770s and love them for everything (aside from being wired). The G535 are fine for casual gaming, calls, video watching, and music listening. The default flat EQ is very acceptable, and I only tuned it a small amount to increase the high end, soften some mid range resonances, and add some weight in the low end. The stereo soundstage is a little muddy, but all wireless “gaming” headsets that I have tried in the past suffer from this- I would liken it to feeling like you are underwater and the sound is surrounding you equally and internally. Again, these headphones are PERFECTLY FINE for gaming, calls, video, and music. I wouldn’t try to mix any audio, analyze new music, or try to take in a renowned movie soundtrack with this headset. Again I’m using my Beyerdynamic DT770s as reference here (the cadillac of headphones in my eyes)- they excel at being wired headphones with articulated qualities for music recording and mixing environments (and theyre great for CSGO with their better isolation qualities).
    – No bluetooth, but I have a pair of galaxy buds that I use with phone/laptop… And I can always throw the USB lightspeed dongle in my laptop and crack out the G535s!

    Overall verdict: The G535 are my first forray into wireless gaming headsets, and I am beyond impressed by what it offers (especially for $80 on sale)! It is adaptable to many head shapes and sizes (both youth and adult), has an incredible battery life, delivers good audio and mic quality for wireless headsets (better than cheaper $50 random brands), has great controls (both physical and software) without overwhelming the user or offering too much unnecessary functionality – very plug and play. I would definitely recommend this headset to anyone looking to make a worthwhile purchase without breaking the bank (say, the Gpro wireless).

    **UPDATE Nov 30th, 2024**
    Headset is still going strong with no issues. I’ve dropped it at least 30 times on carpet floor and it still sounds great. I noticed a USB adapter may boost the audio quality (I am using an old 3.5mm to USB adapter from Corsair and it sounds better with the adapter). I have noticed sometimes there is no audio and I have to disconnect and reconnect the USB but more than likely it’s a software/driver issue for the USB adapter.

    My background: Saying I game a lot is an understatement. I probably spend about 30-40 hours a week on my pc both for work and gaming. In the last 10 years I’ve tried multiple headsets with different budgets ranging from $30-$150 until I settled with a budget Corsair headset for $40 for years. Over time I was having issues with Corsair and their build quality. The faux leather/vinyl material they used for the headband and ear cushions was absolutely terrible where it would crack and flake within months. This time I went for a change and decided on this Logitech G335.

    Pros:
    – 1 cable does it all. Plug and play
    I liked my previous Corsair headset that had one cable for everything. This one comes with a 3.5mm that connects both audio and mic together. I did try it with a USB adapter on my PC with no issues and also tried on my PS5 through my PS5 controller again with no issues. Installation was pretty much plug and play. I didn’t have to download any filler software although I heard Logitech’s software is pretty nice.

    – Lightweight, Headband and Ear cushions are sturdy
    The headset feels comfortable and lightweight on my head, I have not experienced any headaches even after long periods of time. One thing that won me over on this headset was the stretchy cloth headband (is removable in case it needs to be washed) fits nice and snug. My last headset was flaking pieces of faux leather into my ears so I really tried looking for a headset with a different material. The headset does have a very plastic cheap feel but it is a $40 headset. I’ve dropped it a few times and I’ve seen no damage, so far so good

    – Good sound quality and mic
    The sound isn’t studio quality but it’s pretty good for the price. I don’t notice any difference from my old Corsair headset and HyperX ones I’ve used in the past. My friends on Discord also said I sound a lot clearer in voice calls and slightly quieter but I think the quiet issue is Discord.

    CONS

    – No mute button or removable mic
    This was one of the features that I missed with my old headsets. The way to mute the mic is by flipping it up and you’ll hear a small click. I feel like after many uses it may lead to issues down the road if you mute/unmute a lot. I ended up setting up a Discord hotkey to mute instead. The mic also isn’t removable which isn’t a deal breaker for me but if you plan to use this on the go, just know you’ll have that mic hanging around.

    -No Sidetone?
    If y’all don’t know what Sidetone is, per Headset Advisor Sidetone is a feature where a small amount of your own voice that’s piped into your ear speaker as you speak. Any headset with heavy noise cancellation really needs sidetone otherwise you’re yelling into your mic because you can’t really hear yourself. This headset doesn’t have this feature however it’s not fully noise cancelling so it’s not a big deal for me. I can still somewhat hear myself but it does block a lot of external noises. Lack of sidetone isn’t exactly a con for me but can be for others that feel they absolutely need to hear their voice.

    Overall this is a great headset for the price. Not spectacular but dang good for $40. Most of these budgets headsets tend to give out after a year so i’ll update y’all in about a year. Happy gaming!

    ~~~
    Aunque existen otras opciones mejores o inalámbricas, los volví a comprar porque estaba satisfecho y no ocupaba más. Si nunca tuviste unos, son un buen punto de partida y si vienes de unos más basicos, notarás la diferencia.
    Pontos fortes:
    – Conforto: Geralmente meus oculos ficam pressionados na orelha por conta do headset, também considero minhas orelhas maiores. Como o compartimento é grande, o headset encaixa perfeitamente com o óculos e não incomoda nem o piercing na parte de cima da cartilagem. As vezes eu esqueço que estou de fone. O apoio de almofadas é confortavel e o compartimento de tecido, ou seja não irá estragar com o tempo, no máximo terá que lavar.
    – Leveza: É impressionante como é um peso-pena! Para carregar em mochilas, não se preocupe.
    – Bateria: O fone demora de 2-3 dias para descarregar, e olha que minha usabilidade é de 6h-8h por dia.
    – Microfone: Normal, utilizo no trabalho e ninguém nunca reclamou. Para games, é um ótimo custo-benificio, comprar um a parte seria mais uma escolha pessoal.
    – Som: Jogo muito vídeo-game de FPS e a qualidade do aúdio precisa ser excepcional pela dinamica de posições, e ele entrega muito! Nunca me abandonou. Em relação a música, utilizo o proprio equalizador do Spotify e ta perfeito, o fone tem um volume mediano, e não é tão alto para não danificar nossos ouvidos. Equilibrio!
    Pontos fracos:
    – Cabo: É um pouco pequeno, mas para quem tem a cabine por perto, não será um problema carregar enquanto trabalha/joga. Para quem utiliza notebook, é mais fácil de carregar.
    – Preço: Fiquei em dúvida entre esse modelo e o PRO, euo me arrependo de comprar, mas por alguns reais a mais, talvez hoje eu escolheria por estética o PRO (pra quem quiser algo mais a longo prazo).
    – Software: Não utilizo muito, talvez escolher o tipo de saída de aúdio para jogos de FPS, ou para verificar o nível de bateria. Queria que tivesse mais opções de funcionalidades.
    This headset is the most comfortable headset I’ve ever had. my ears don’t hurt even after hours of use and the audio quality is really good. I also like the microphone feature of just having to push it up to mute. I don’t like that you can’t adjust the closeness of the mic to your mouth much but its really not much of a hindrance. the strap at the top is very comfortable also and these things stay on my head when i look down or up or side to side which I haven’t gotten in my past headphones. I’m not sure if the mic quality is that great but it works so if you don’t mind that I really recommend these 👍
    Es el mejor mic en términos de comodidad que he usado en mi vida…
    He tenido mics sencilos de $200 & un par de $7,000+
    Sin embargo algo que siempre pasa, es que luego de determinada cantidad de horas; te cansas.
    Te duele la cabeza, las orejas, el cabello se me enreda, etc…
    La vdd es que este es el mic más cómodo, en especial para sesiones largas. Tuve sesiones laborales de 8h donde la usaba todo el tiempo, para salir & jugar con amigos durante el resto del día. Puedes usarlos por 15+ horas & no incomodan, a lo mucho un descanso de minutitos.
    Por otro lado, es un buen precio & duraron lo usual para mí.
    Ya les falla el audio & me escucho cortada, luego de 10 meses de uso.
    El producto es bueno, falla porque soy muy tosca con mis cosas, me dormía seguido con ellos & les daba uso rudo, de muchas horas en el trabajo & a veces el día entero por andar con amigos.
    Si buscas la mejor calidad de audio o de producto para usar un par de horas, tienes mejores opciones.
    Pero si los quieres, para calidad buena, decente, & usarlos todo el día & tratarlos con cierta rudeza, estos son los mejores en mis 15 años usando micrófonos.
    Justo en este momento voy a volver a comprarlos uwu
    The mic is nice that it flips up and down to mute and unmute. After a year, it is still my main headphones and I love them.
    Depending where you plug the dongle in, you may experience the headphones breaking up when outside of the room with your computer, but still decently long range. For best results, I find plugging it in to the top of my PC tower gives me best range.
    The sound is good and the software that comes with it is cool to adjust. You can even monitor battery life from it.
    The battery life is decent but I recommend charging it every 1 or 2 sessions because I find myself hearing the “low battery” beep often. It’s not going to go from full charge to empty in one day but still needs some consistent charging when you use it near-daily.
    It is not very sound-cancelling, which is good for me when I want to be aware of my surroundings while having them in. The purple and blue band is adjustable as well.
    The only con I have is that after a year, sometimes flipping the mic up and down doesn’t properly register as muting and unmuting; sometimes it misses one of the directions so you stay unmuted. It is not often and because it makes a sound when you mute and unmute, it’s easy to catch and you just have to move it back to the previous position and try again. It never does this twice in a row. I suspect this is a result of my rough handling of the mic (quickly muting by flicking it up). If you’re not a clumsy and fast-moving person I would bet this wouldn’t even be a problem for you.
    Because the mic doesn’t detach, you can’t lose it either – which is good for someone like me…
    Overall, the connectivity is good, quality, and battery for the most part. I am highly considering just buying these again.
    Considerações:
    Dei este produto de presente para um conhecido e o retorno que tive é incrível. Este produto entrega exatamente o que muitas pessoas procuram: conforto e qualidade. A alça é ótima, uma vez que ela não machuca a cabeça e não afunda o cabelo. A qualidade de som é impecável ao ponto de poder usar o fone sem precisar de fato colocar ele no ouvido, apenas usando no pescoço. O microfone é outro ponto muito forte aqui, pois a logitech não economizou nesse ponto. Apesar de todos os pontos incríveis, nota-se que a qualidade do material do plástico foi sacrificado em prol dos pontos positivos supracitados.
    Apesar disso, este produto é muito bom, recomendo a compra.
